Shipping Policy

NOTE: Currently Sade Renee does not ship products outside the United States.

You may cancel your order BEFORE it ships. However, once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

​

For whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your order or if there is an issue with your order, you are entitled to a full refund. You have 30 days upon receiving your item(s) to make a return.

You must inform us of your decision to make a return by emailing:

Please provide a summary of your reason for returning your order and picture proof. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return your item.

Conditions for returns:
​

For the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The order was purchased in the last 30 days.

  • Products must be in new, unused condition.

  • The order has the original packaging.

  • No alterations have been made to the product.

Order returns will not be accepted if the product has been worn or has stains or any other obvious signs of wear or use after the product has been received and used by the customer. Returns cannot be accepted if the wrong address is entered on the shipping information page.

Exchanges for items are not offered. You must return your unwanted item and create a new order for the desired product.

​

Sade Renee is not responsible for paying the shipping cost for returns. You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s).

​

We cannot issue a refund without an actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned order, we will refund the full dollar amount to your banking account. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Depending on your bank, your refund may take 3-7 business days to process and appear in your account.

Exceptional conditions for refunds:

You are eligible for a full refund in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including:

  • The product is damaged as a result of shipping.

  • The order was lost during shipping.

  • The order has not been delivered to the address in twenty days.

  • The tracking number has not been updated in twenty days.​​​
